Harpreet Kaur is a Commissioner of Oath and a seasoned legal & immigration professional originally from Chandigarh, India. She is a double graduate and master in english from Panjab University. Later, she pursued IRB and paralegal streams in Canadian institutes. With over 13 years of experience in client services and immigration matters, she has successfully handled complex cases such as refugee services, for clients from diverse backgrounds, both internationally and in Canada.

Not fully. Remote commissioning is allowed by video, but true notarization generally requires an in-person visit unless the receiving authority accepts remote commissioning.
Affidavits, statutory declarations, and some government forms can be commissioned online by video.
